Three different conversations — not a quote

A leak at one boot is not the same request as a roof shedding granules on every slope. This page will not invent which one yours is.
What actually changes cost — not a number
There is no honest square-foot price from a form. These are the usual drivers:
- How many squares of roof, and how steep.
- How many layers are already on it.
- Access — can a crew stage in the driveway, or is it tight.
- Patch versus a full tear-off. Tear-off is a different job.
- Flashings, valleys, and skylights more than the field shingles.
No warranty, no “from” price, and no named roofer from this page.
